General Rubber (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. warrants its tires against defects in materials and workmanship for the periods described below. This policy applies to all tires manufactured at our Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam facility bearing our brand or an approved OEM private label.
We stand behind every tire we produce. Defects in materials or workmanship are covered for the full warranty period.
If a defect is discovered on a partially worn tire, warranty replacement value is prorated based on remaining tread depth.
Submit your claim online with photos. Our technical team reviews within 5 business days and resolves within 15 days of tire receipt.
Warranty periods vary by tire type and reflect the expected service life in normal operating conditions.

Submit your warranty claim to the General Rubber (Vietnam) distributor you purchased from, or directly to our export team at warranty@generalrubberthai.com with the photos and purchase documentation.
Our technical team will review your submission within 5 business days. If required, we will request the tire to be returned to our facility (freight paid by General Rubber Thailand for approved claims) for physical inspection.
