6-Stage Process

How We Make Every Tire

From raw rubber compound to a finished, certified tire ready for export — our production process is designed for consistency, precision, and quality at scale.

Raw Material Sourcing

We source natural rubber directly from certified Vietnamese rubber estates and import high-tensile steel cord, synthetic rubber polymers, and carbon black from verified global suppliers. Every material batch undergoes incoming quality inspection (IQC) before entering production.

Compound Mixing

Our Banbury internal mixers produce precise rubber compounds with tight tolerance on Mooney viscosity. Silica-enhanced compounds are used for wet-grip PCR tires, while heat-resistant formulations are developed specifically for OTR tires operating on hot haul roads.

Component Building

Tire components — inner liner, body plies, bead assemblies, belt packages, and tread — are prepared and assembled with automated precision. Steel belt cutting and calendering machines ensure consistent cord angle and gauge across every component.

Green Tire Building

Our automated tire building machines (TBMs) assemble the green tire with exacting dimensional tolerances. Laser measurement systems verify ply alignment and bead seating before each tire is released to the cure press queue.

Curing & Vulcanization

Each tire is cured in computer-controlled hydraulic presses at precise temperature and pressure profiles. Our TBR tires use extended cure cycles with nitrogen bladder technology to ensure even compound crosslinking and consistent tread geometry.

Final Inspection & Testing

Every finished tire undergoes visual inspection, uniformity testing on automated machines, dynamic balance checks, and X-ray or ultrasound inspection for internal structure integrity. Rejection rates are tracked weekly as part of our continuous improvement program.
